Predominatly picking wedding dress is highly-stressful time for bride. It must be the one! That is why this is so hard to choose. Every bride wanna get just a perfect wedding dress. Some women have them made by designers, the other buy the one in wedding stores, some brides just decide to rent dress for wedding time from special rental offices, what is actually the cheapest option. The aim is always the same - make people stunned, a bride needs to be eye-catching this time. But not each dress is equally beautiful, some of them are simply perfect but others turn out to be a real disaster. The same problem is when it comes to celebrities. I decided to share with you my list of the most fameous wedding dresses in history
W większości przypadków wybierania sukni ślubnej to kompletna męczarnia. To wyjątkowo stresujący czas dla każdej panny młodej, w końcu celem jest odnalezienie 'tej jednej jedynej'. Suknia ślubna musi być perfekcyjna. Niektóre panie pozwalają sobie na taka zaprojektowaną specjalnie na ich potrzeby, inne wybierają salony sukien ślubnych, jeszcze inni wybierają najtańszą z możliwych opcji - wypożyczalnie sukien ślubnych. Cel jest zawsze ten sam - wprowadzić gości w osłupienie, panna młoda musi tego dnia wyglądać najlepiej, nie jest istotne jakim kosztem. Niestety, nie jest to łatwy wybór bo nie każda suknia jest porównywalnie piękna, niektóre z nich są po prostu idealne, a inne okazują się totalną katastrofą. Ten sam problem dotyczy celebrytów. Ja postanowiłam podzielić się z Wami moją listą najsłynniejszych sukien ślubnych w historii.
- Grace Kelly The best famous wedding dress. The princess of Monaco for her royal wedding decided to mix both, her own classically simple style and appropriate for royal family glamour. An effect of this combination is just stunnig. Long chic classic white dress with long sleeved lacy top, designed by Helen Rose, looked prefrect and this is why she is my number one.
- Kate Middleton Another princess wore her wedding dress during wedding with the Duke of Cambridge in 2012. The dress was designed by a creative director of Alexander McQueen fashion house, Sarah Burton. The Duchess got married dressed up in classic white wedding dress with wide bottom and lacy long sleeved top and long veil. An effect of that work was fenomenal.
- Audrey Hepburn An actress was well-known for her classic clothing taste. During her carrier and a large part of her life she cooperated with one of my favorite fashion designer – Hubert de Givenchy. Effects of this so successful cooperation were visible in movies like: Sabrina and my favorite one – Breakfast at Tiffany’s. On her bride in Switzerland with an actor Mel Ferrer, Audrey wore as well Givenchy’s design. The dress was perfectly suitable for Audrey’s body shape, narrow top with long wide sleeves so popular that time and middle-long skirt with globed bottom and flowery crown on her head.
- Jackie Kennedy-Onassis After John F. Kennedy's death Mrs Kennedy married again to Greek marine-shipping buisnessman, Aristo Onassis. The couple had quiet wedding on Onassis's Scorpions Island, Greece. The bride wore short like 20s lacy-covered beige dress made by Garavani Valentino.
